Very nice place to camp with the family. Some sites are right on the water. Lots or trails to ride on
Nice place for sure. Sites are a little small, well kept. Big firepits right on the lake. Great fishing, swimming and hiking. Lots to do. Really cheap to! 12$ a night and a full wheel barrow of good dry wood is only 10$. Ive stayed at this site twice now and definitely will be making return visits.
Good clean camp. Nice place for families. Gary and his wife do a wonderful job keeping eveything clean

5 stars for Petersons Beach Recreation Site, My husband and I just came back from a 11 night stay and loved every minute of it. It may just be dry camping but would pick this camp site over any full serve camping any day. The camp ground host and his wife are allways hospitable. Maintaining this camp ground can't be easy but it's allways clean and groomed.
